1. Collection of personal data

1.1 We do everything we can to handle your data as confidentially as possible, to process as little personal data as possible, to store it as short as possible and to limit its use to be able to perform our agreement. 1.5 When you make or attempt to make a purchase by phone, email and/or Site, we collect certain information from you including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers or other types of payment methods we accept), your email address and phone number. We call this data “Order Data”.

2. Use of personal data

2.1 We use the collected Order Information to fulfill orders placed (including processing your payment details, preparing for shipment, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). We also use this Order Information to communicate with you, review orders for potential risks or fraud, and send you information and advertisements about our products or services, according to the preferences you have indicated.

2.2 We use the collected Device Information (particularly your IP address) to monitor for potential risk and fraud, and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers navigate the Site and to assess the success of our marketing campaigns).
